In this workshop, I pull back the curtain on the proprietary tools I’ve built to show you how to create AI systems that don’t just “chat”—they simulate human psychology.
The competitive edge is shifting. Soon, the “model” (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) will be a commodity. The real value will lie in the personality architecture you build on top of it.
Brands will no longer have “guidelines”; they will have living, speaking personas.
Negotiations will be won in rehearsal against psychologically accurate simulations.
Focus Groups will become synthetic, allowing for instant, friction-less market testing.
Hiring will move beyond resumes into behavioral AI screening.
No code. No fluff. No “prompt engineering theater.” This is applied commercial profiling for the high-stakes age of AI
I will demonstrate three specific systems I built, explaining the why and the how so you can replicate them.
A small-talk-based behavioral profiling tool. Most AI interviews feel like a form. This tool uses natural, low-resistance conversation to extract personality signals.
The Insight: People reveal more through how they speak (pacing, humor, boundaries) than what they say.
Use Case: Pre-interview screening and deep user-psychology discovery.
A structured framework for AI personality design. Stop relying on “vibes.” This system treats personality as an architecture with hardcoded logic.
The Components: Motivation drivers, decision-making logic, and emotional thresholds.
Use Case: Creating consistent AI employees, brand avatars, or internal mentors.
AI-driven simulations and synthetic focus groups. Real insight emerges from friction, not monologues. This system allows multiple AI personas to clash, debate, and interact.
The Dynamic: A risk-averse CFO persona debating an aggressive CMO persona.
Use Case: Stress-testing marketing strategy and negotiation rehearsals.
This is not a beginner course on how to use ChatGPT. This is for:
Marketers & Strategists who want to test messages against synthetic audiences.
HR & Founders looking to scale culture and screening through behavioral AI.
Consultants who want to offer “Simulation” as a high-tier strategic service.
Absolutely not. Prompt engineering is often about finding the “magic words” to get a better answer. This workshop is about System Design. We aren’t just writing better prompts; we are building behavioral architectures. You won’t learn how to ask AI to “act like a marketing manager”—you’ll learn how to build a digital entity with specific motivations, emotional triggers, and cognitive biases that remain consistent over time.
Yes. Every tool I demonstrate is built using “No-Code” frameworks (like Custom GPTs or similar LLM interfaces). The complexity isn’t in the programming; it’s in the psychological profiling. If you can describe a human personality with nuance, you can build these systems. I provide the structural blueprints; you provide the character logic.
“Replace” is the wrong word. “Accelerate” is the right one. A synthetic focus group allows you to run 100 iterations of a message in 10 minutes to find the “edges” of a concept. It doesn’t mean you never talk to humans—it means that when you finally do, you’ve already filtered out the obvious mistakes. It turns your actual human research into a high-level validation exercise rather than a blind guessing game.
Most hiring failures are behavioral, not technical. In the workshop, I show you how to build “Interviewer” agents that use indirect small talk to assess traits like resilience, ego, and adaptability. We also explore “Role-Play” agents that allow candidates to interact with a simulated team, giving you a front-row seat to their natural communication style before they even sign a contract.
AI models are becoming a commodity—everyone has access to the same “brain.” The competitive advantage now lies in Profiling. The person who understands human behavior best will build the most effective AI. This workshop teaches you how to translate deep psychological insights into “Digital DNA,” making your AI agents more realistic, more persuasive, and more useful than generic out-of-the-box bots.
Witness the power of friction by watching different AI personas interact, debate, and challenge one another. Discover how to run synthetic focus groups and negotiation simulations to reveal patterns that a single AI could never find.
