12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for services in the past three months, or $500, whichever is greater.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Coolest.Marketing.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.
- Assignment: You cannot transfer these rights, but we may assign our rights without consent.
